THE MAIN HOUSE: The elaborate entrance hall with impressive staircase has a grandfather clock and original tapestry wall hangings. An exquisite dining room leads into a cosy living room with french doors onto a balcony which overlooks the Dordogne Valley. The balcony also gives access into the study which has been decorated in traditional french floral wallpapers and designed as a tranquil retreat. The bedrooms have stylish furnishings, elegant decor, traditional french style beds and enjoy beautiful views of the Dordogne Valley. The grounds of the house provide a marvellous area to relax under the shade of the trees or for your children to take part in various activities from football, table tennis or a traditional game of boules. Situated along the leafy Ave de Toulouse the trees and detached outline offer great privacy for all the family to enjoy. The house can either be an 8 bed all inclusive property or a 5 bedroom Main House and a 3 bed Petit Maison.

Outside: 2 Acres of garden with sunbathing and shower area. Table tennis area, boules area, childrens play area. There is a shaded gazebo beside the main house with comfortable seating and subtle lighting for the evenings.

The property is within comfortable walking distance of Souilllac town centre (10-15 min.) The Dordogne river is a 3-5 min walk and offers activities such as canoeing, kayaking, equestrianism, tennis, football, rugby and very peaceful and picturesque river walks. Souillac boasts a great weekly market, an aqua-park for all the family and a country club for the golfer as well as many shops, bars and restaurants. The magnificent Souillac golf course is set in a scenic countryside in the Lot and has an excellent restaurant. Quercyland, an aquatic and leisure park, is beside the river Dordogne. It offers 6 Swimming pools for all swimmers, water slides, and a six tracks water shoot, trampoline, bouncy, sand pits, inflatable chateau, soccer, spring games etc. With extra charge SPA, karting, acrobatic course in trees.
